Good location …Very nice hotel Very nice staf Rooms are very clean ….and fresh Miss serap housekeeper chef is a wonderfull women …. and very carefull about her job …. Reseption is good as well ……

Rude and unhelpful staff, particularly in reception and the lobby bar with one or two exceptions. Spent 15 minutes trying to get a drink at the bar, not even acknowledged by the night receptionist who was behind the bar making himself a drink, gave up after 15 minutes! Did not feel at all welcome at all. The photos really flatter this hotel, it is very tired and in need of a refurb. The bathroom in particular was bad with peeling wallpaper and corrosion on the shower screen. The room was very small with almost nowhere to put clothes, it was fairly clean, though. The hotel is noisy both inside and in the locality with people shouting and banging doors all through the night. I felt safe when out on the streets all through Istanbul, not so much in the hotel.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at, booked 3 rooms in total, got given what they said was a double room but it was so small I could not even fully open their wardrobe doors. Window was broken somewhat just hanging off the the top hinge, it was only the bottom hinge keeping it still on. Got spa treatments here for hammam and body massage which hurt when being massaged to the point the next day I saw my leg was bruised. While lying naked on the bed not fully covered another staff member enters without knocking leaving the door open for other people to look in. Then left not fully closing the door. Paid £70 for hammam and massage but when trying to query the prices the lady kept changing her story. All she kept saying is I’ll do you a better package deal but was trying to charge me more thinking I would not notice. When booking it’s advertised free hammam but the catch is it’s only free if you do it yourself and they will provide the gloves needed. Not worth booking this hotel. Breakfast bar is supped to be open between a certain time yet when they feel like it they close it off earlier than what they’re supposed to.

I made a reservation through booking at this hotel, I said that we would arrive in the morning and they didn't want to give the room until 12:00!! good, we wanted to pay for another room by 12 o'clock, but before we see one room. I was very upset at the way the room was presented, dirty, not cleaned. not to mention the bathroom in the reception. they refused to give me the money back on the reservation, I couldn't stay in that hotel, the people from booking even to this day they haven't solved anything and they don't want to take measures either.

I had terrible experience in this hotel and wasted my time and money.I would never describe as 4 ☆hotel . they don't have a kettle in the room ,empty minibar. I asked for the kettle and they brought three days later. Apart from that had issues with the door and constantly have to run up and down to adjust card or they have to change the battery and my TV didn't work for couple of days as one of the personal managed to blow up TV from the socket and I have no idea why he was putting wire around the plug and only then he plugged in. It was very dangerous what he did. Health and safety doesn't fit any standards especially they have insects in the room and different species and bit me all over my body, face , arms,legs and it was so painful and left me with the red swollen etching skin .I wasn't comfortable there at all and dirty table and chairs on balcony. My friend could fall downstairs from the 4 floor because plastic chair broke from the heat. I never saw so filthy 4 star hotels ever. Basically after so many inconvenience and stress I won't recommend to anyone. Only they have nice breakfast and beautiful view from the restaurant. I should claim compensation and complain to the right department regarding the health and safety.
